Proposed Approach

Our methodology is designed to seamlessly integrate with Mela's multi-vendor environment (monitoimittajaympäristö) and strict architectural governance (JIRA/SVN mandates, ESB integration). 1. Agreement of Service Delivery

The engagement begins with the formal Agreement of Service Delivery. This step establishes the legal and commercial boundaries, aligns executive sponsors from Mela and MAGA Great Deal Ltd., and finalizes the scope of the Toimitusprojekti (Delivery Project) and Ylläpitovaihe (Maintenance Phase). We will validate the inclusion of OPTIO modules (e.g., farm visits) based on your immediate budget priorities.

2. On-Boarding Phase

Immediately following the agreement, we initiate a comprehensive On-Boarding Phase. This phase is critical for risk reduction and includes:

• Knowledge Transfer: Deep-dive sessions into Mela's legacy Lomitusnetti data structures, DB2 schemas, and 10-year data aging rules.
• Team Integration: Aligning our delivery teams with Mela's internal IT, the existing käyttöpalvelutoimittaja (operations provider), and local unit stakeholders.

4. Collaborative Definition Phase

We will conduct workshops with local unit representatives to finalize the 8 core modules (HAKEMUKSET, LOMITUS, LASKU, PERUSTIEDOT, TEHTÄVÄT, VIESTINTÄ, RAPORTIT) and ensure WCAG 2.2 AA compliance requirements are embedded into every user story.

5. Modular Core Development & Integration
